FAQ

What counts as shipping supplies cost?

Anything used up per package: the mailer or box, tape, the thermal label itself, plus filler or inserts. Printers and scales are one-off equipment, so leave them out of the per-package number.

How do I work out the cost of one mailer?

Divide the pack price by the number in the pack. A $20 pack of 100 is $0.20 each. The calculator does this for mailers and labels.

Should I include postage if the buyer pays?

If the platform charges the buyer and gives you a prepaid label (as Poshmark does), set postage to 0 and count only your supplies.
